TENNESSEE UTILITY CONSTRUCTING SECOND CNG STATION

Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) is constructing a new $2 million CNG station at the company’s South Service Center in Memphis. The station is scheduled to be completed in July and will feature two fueling islands with two high-flow nozzles.
MLGW opened its first CNG station at its North Service Center last July. MLGW has seen fuel sales grow monthly, and the utility says 10,000 GGEs were sold this March alone. MLGW currently operates 76 NGVs and has more than 20 on order.
